Mission For Growth

Lamplighter Christian Ministries is on a journey. It is a bold journey, inspired by our simple desire for sustainable kingdom growth, and fueled by our deep conviction that, collectively, God can create anything He desires.

At its inception, the foundation for our journey is our Mission Statement. This represents the beginning of a journey which, in fact, will not end until His return. It is a foundation upon which we will build sustainable growth as each and every member of the Church recognizes and invests itself in rich long-term opportunities, while also accepting a renewed responsibility for meeting our short-term commitments.

The goals are simple: We will reinvigorate personal growth and development within the Church, and we endeavor to inspire our people. Likewise, our strategy is simple: We will accomplish our goals by modeling solid character and faith, anchored in a deep abiding relationship with Christ Jesus, and by enabling spiritual expression locally and globally.

Ultimately, this journey will be propelled by unleashing the collective wisdom and genius of God’s people that will make personal, sustainable, growth a reality. We take this journey because it is in our very nature to innovate, create and excel in Christ.

Missions - Working as a Global Team

Locally and abroad, our church is built around two core assets, its Savior and His people. That's what makes serving here so special. We believe that service is more than a place you go every week. It should be a place of exploration, creativity, personal and spiritual growth, and interpersonal relationships. It's about being inspired and motivated to achieve extraordinary things. We want God’s people to take pride in their service and in building others, in love.

Across several continents, we are partnering with God’s people to spread His good news, Affirm His call in and to others, Model generosity, practice integrity and diligence, and respond in love in sparse and challenging times. After all, it's the combined talents, skills, knowledge, experience and passion of our God, and His people, that make us who we are
